Last summer I added a tiny 9 week old kitten to my menagerie of a large mellow male Lynxpoint, an intense and assertive female Sealpoint, and now I have the kitten with the China Blue eyes. She likes to be picked up & purrs loudly as she snoozes on my lap. At 8.8 pounds, she already dominates the two other bigger cats, Seal Point, who is slowly relinquishing her #1 cat status, and is best snuggle buddies with the lynxpoint. Feral Lynxpoint has shown her how to call the birdie (snacks) onto the porch and Wild Sealpoint already taught her to catch mice, which she wants to share with me. They all catch & retrieve thrown toys, sit for treats, pick up their crumbs and come when called (usually).

She is now sitting behind me in my office chair and makes a great heated backrest.

She’s not at all bashful, and wrestles the bigger cats to win. Then they all jump up on the foot of the bed to curl up together to nap.

In reply to Siamese Cat Spot. I have a lilac and have always wondered why his eyes don't have the cat eye pupils. They are more rounded with dark blue centers fading into his pale blue eyes. Really beautiful but weird. Is this normal for a lilac? I know he's real but I've never seen another one up close. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

In reply to Siamese Cat Spot. She does look similar to those I was gonna try and post a picture of her but it won't seem to let me. She's gorgeous and her eyes are very unique I looked it up and the closest I could find to what her colors resemble would be a lilac point siamese I really wish I could find a way to post a picture :)

Hi, Amber. Hmm. Well, Siamese cats all have blue eyes. The kitty you found is probably an American Shorthair, and could be a Tonkinese. Does the cat look at all like this: http://www.siamesecatspot.com/tonkinese/ ?

Hello I’m new to the site and I recently found what appears to be a siamese of some sort. I’m curious if siamese cats can have white eyes with small blue ring around their pupil or do they only have the blue eyes????

Thanks so much for the great photos and info you share here. A young Siamese cat wandered into my yard in bad health and in heat, too. I had to trap her since she was so fearful (I thought she was feral) and got her spayed and treated. After all that, she has become the sweetest, spunkiest love. I have decided to keep her and looked to your website to identify her. I guess she’s a lilac tortie point! Thanks for all the info you put together here.

LOVE the video!! I had a Lilac Point who would fetch and retrieve all, day as long as I kept throwing a balled up piece of paper, or a toy, etc. She was my first Siamese, and I was immediately hooked on the breed. She lived to be 16 years old. I miss her SO much, but I have three others now: two flamepoints and a sealpoint who keep me entertained with their many antics!! So glad I found this site!!
