One Just appeared on our doorsteps a few days ago we contacted the local veterinary and refugees but no one seems to be looking for her (she’s fairly old and missing some teeth)she’s very affectionate and really not an outdoor cat we think someone might have dumped her(we live in a farming area). if anyone is interested I am near Montreal, Qc

I have a beautiful Tortie Point. Her name is Olivia Jewel but the markings on her feet and ears are so sweet….I call her my little speckled hen! I have another seal point that goes by the name of Clark Baxter. Siamese cats are the best ever!

I just adopted a tortie-point Siamese cat from a shelter. I’m trying to get more information on her background, like why was she in a shelter to begin with. She doesn’t have the typical very short fur of a Siamese cat but she does have the points and the personality! She is very smart, very affectionate, purrs like a motorboat, and is extremely playful. I’m so happy I found her!

I just adopted the sweetest Siamese brother and sister. Gracie a seal point and George a rare tortie point. George is very vocal, and Gracie is the pretty one. Love them!

We have a purebred siamese male ( choclate / seal ) almost ready to breed with our longhaired tortisehell calico female.

Yes they do purr, but some purr very softly. Your girl might be one of these – as you’ve discovered, there are always exceptions to the rule 🙂

I have always heard that Siamese cats are very vocal. I adopted a tortie point Siamese cat aprox 2 years old she has not made any sounds except when I clip her nails which she hates , and then she hisses. Do Siamese cats purr. I have only had her approx. 3 months
